The Prince family moved to Beechenhill in 1984 when Sue and Terry began renovating the stone farmhouse and some of the traditional farm buildings to create 3 beautiful self catering cottages. They did all this whilst farming their dairy herd. They converted to organic status in 2000. Terry retired from milking in 2020 and now looks after the care and maintenance of the property and Sue and Terry are currently undertaking a rewilding project for some of the fields. Sue juggles running the tourism business with her work as a contemporary folk artist.
